Icon Construction & Remodeling Inc was founded in Chicago, IL with a straightforward mission: give homeowners a contractor they can actually trust. From our base at 212 North Carpenter Street in the Fulton Market district, we have completed over 110 projects across Chicago neighborhoods — from Wicker Park and Lincoln Park to the West Loop, Logan Square, and Lakeview.

We specialize in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and basement finishing, but our capabilities extend to interior design, flooring, tiling, plumbing, cabinetry, countertop fabrication, condo renovations, and apartment renovations. Every trade is handled by our own team — not a revolving door of subcontractors — which is how we maintain consistent quality and responsive communication from start to finish.
